Public Consultation CP-03 – Chișinău 2040 General Urban Plan
Dear residents of the Municipality of Chișinău and participants in the public consultation,
From 4 September to 7 October 2026, we invite you to submit your proposals, comments, and objections regarding the three Background Studies subject to Public Consultation CP-03 – Chișinău 2040 General Urban Plan.
Economic Development Study – analyses economic activities, employment, investment, development areas, and the economic potential of the municipality.
Urban Infrastructure / Public Utilities Study – analyses water supply and sewerage networks, electricity, gas and district heating systems, as well as the need to modernise and expand infrastructure.
Public Services Study – analyses residents’ access to education, healthcare, social services, culture, sports, and other services of public interest, including areas that are currently underserved.
We invite you to submit your proposals, suggestions, and comments regarding the development of Chișinău through 2040.
Proposals may be submitted through this form until 7 October 2026.
